This facility accommodates every stage of the manufacturing process, such as veneer slicing, drying, machining, milling, assembling, finishing, inspection and specialized packaging. By taking control of each stage of the manufacturing process, from raw material handing to finished product, Jansen is able to satisfy both the technical demands of manufacture and satisfying each clients exacting expectation. The process is designed to ensure constant, high quality products are manufactured to on time every time.
The company has also created an in house metal workshop facility which focuses on stainless steel hardware and other metal accent details, invaluable when working with the highest range of furniture products. Add to this, is our dedicated fabric and leather division, which ensures that Jansen will continue to provide a complete specialized manufacturing solution in the global furniture market.

All metal, glass, laminate and stone materials are subject to the same rrigorous selection procedure.
All timber selected from our stocks follow a quality system, wood pattern, color and identifying any defects before processing into veneers or solids. Quality control is perfomed repetedly throughout the numerous steps of production, through the Timber Mill, Assembly and Finishing.
After construction and finishing, each piece undergoes a rigorous inspection process to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Logistic Managements
The final quality check is made to each piece befor custom packaging in robust cartons with inner wrap and corner blocks by our dedicated Packing Department. Depending on the shipping method and requirement, the goods might also need to be crated. The entire process is designed to eliminate damage during transit. A complete range of Air and Sea Freight options are provided to suit client requirements.
